Does it really understand local dialects?
Yes. Reps speak the way they normally do — Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian, or mixed with English and drug names — and CRMore transcribes it and writes a structured report in Arabic or English, as your company prefers.
How do I know a visit really happened?
At check-in CRMore compares the rep's location with the customer's, and marks the visit "verified" or "far" with the distance in metres and the time in and out.
Is our data kept separate from other companies?
Each company has its own isolated workspace. Users only see their company's data, and within it only what their role allows.
Can we bring our existing customers?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file of your doctors and pharmacies and CRMore detects the columns.
What are AI credits?
Every plan comes with monthly credits used only for AI features: a voice report is 2 credits and an Ask CRMore question is 1. Visits, orders and dashboards are always free. If credits run out nothing stops, and reports are written as soon as you add a pack.
How do we pay?
Pick the users and period inside CRMore, get a proper invoice, pay by bank transfer, and the subscription starts once payment arrives.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your data stays readable, and editing comes back as soon as you subscribe.
